NI 43-101 Report on Hot Springs Peak Gold

The Hot Springs Property consists of 98 unpatented lode mining claims owned by Buena Vista Minerals Inc. in the northern Hot Springs Range in northern Nevada and 4 claims leased from a private owner. The property is an early stage gold exploration project with little drill data, although indications of a “Carlin Style” alteration system in Mesozoic Age phyllite-argillite are present and untested in more favorable carbonate host rocks under and adjacent to the phyllite.

NI 43-101 Technical Report Completed in June 2017

Hot Springs Peak ("HSP") is in Humboldt County Nevada, approximately 55 km NNE of Winnemucca, with access to the property via existing roads. The HSP property is located within the Northern Nevada Rift which is host to numerous mines and deposits.

Recent sampling and mapping confirm the historic mention of surface gold mineralization. Future exploration will be focused on concealed "Carlin Type" mineralization based on the alteration system and the recent geophysics.
