Mike Sieb is a senior executive with over 30 years of strong corporate and project management experience in international mining and exploration across multiple commodities and jurisdictions. During his tenure as President of Brilliant Mining Corp. the company effected a $20 million acquisition of part ownership in an Australian nickel sulphide mine and grew to a $200 million market capitalization in under two years, resulting in the company being named TSX50 “Top 10 Mining Companies” for 2 consecutive years.

As President of International Lithium Corp. he sourced a strategic partnership with Ganfeng Lithium Co. Ltd., the second largest global lithium product manufacturer. Mr. Sieb holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.

Scott Frostad’s experience in the mining industry spans over three decades.  He brings to his position as Vice President of Exploration a strong background in mineral exploration with renowned gold mining companies such as Lac Minerals, Teck and Placer Dome.  Scott is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a B.Sc. in Geology, and holds a M.A.Sc. in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He is a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan.

Mr. Wagener is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Rolla where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering. He has over 45 years of experience in the engineering, exploration, development and operation of resource projects in a variety of commodities located in a number of states and countries. His experience includes Engineering, Operational, Financial and Executive Management of both private and publicly traded companies.

Mr. Bass is an astute investor with a lengthy history and knowledge of investing in mining and mineral exploration. He is a well-recognized and respected labor relations senior negotiator and spokesperson leading a distinguished career spanning decades. Celebrated as a key figure in his field, Mr. Bass has been instrumental in negotiations and arbitration for a wide array of major public sector entities, including the Metropolitan Toronto School Board, the Ontario Hospital Association, hospitals, police services, universities, nursing homes, and government.

Michael is a seasoned legal professional with a strong background in securities, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions within the mining industry. He brings extensive experience advising Canadian and international clients on public equity and debt offerings, mining asset transactions, joint ventures, and mining agreements.
